LEXINGTON, Ky.-- Nov. 14, 2017 -- Valvoline Inc. (NYSE: VVV) today announced that its board of directors increased the quarterly cash dividend on the company’s common stock by more than 50 percent, from 4.9 cents to 7.45 cents per share.
“The substantial growth in our dividend shows the confidence that the Board and management have in Valvoline’s strong cash flow generation,” said Chief Executive Officer, Sam Mitchell . “Just as important, growing our dividend represents our commitment to returning capital to shareholders.”
The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2017, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 1, 2017.
